Effective care and maintenance procedures should be established and followed.
Fabrics should be cared for in accordance with the manufacturers care labels.
Leather should be cared for in accordance with the manufacturers care labels and specialist care information should be sought.
Some softening and creasing can be considered normal but it is normal to adjust covers, fluff and turn cushions where possible to equalize wear. This is particularly so in lounge suites which softer fills as part of their comfort recipe rationale.
Mechanisms should only be lubricated if necessary with a Leggett & Platt approved lubricant. Handle and shaft fittings should be checked and tightened periodically.
When moving your Garstone Design lounge suite always carry by gripping underneath the frame. Never attempt to move any pieces by the arm pads, back cushioning or soft fills.
